Jessica Baines has been a Florida-licensed business broker serving business owners and buyers since 2006. Recently, she merged her company, American Business Group, LLC with Transworld Business Advisors, the country’s largest network of professional business brokers, enabling her to assist clients nationwide.

Specializing as well in immigration, since day one of her career, she has worked with dozens of families seeking business visas to the United State via the E-2 and L-1 visas. She also practices what she preaches, having also been an expat abroad, residing in the United Arab Emirates. She returned to the US in 2016.

Jess is additionally a strong advocate of E-2 visa reform. Clients served have included numerous clients from across the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe and Asia.

Industries served have included businesses that cater to real estate, such as landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, and roofing. Additionally, she has sold franchises, IT/computer repair, transportation and even businesses in pet industry.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jessica is a third-generation real estate broker. In addition to her Florida Real Estate Brokers license, she holds one in Ohio as well.
